11 Starting

Now turn the key further to the ‘START’

position.

Automatic pre-heating will also take place

during starting when the ambient tempera-

ture is low.

Release the key as soon as the engine

fires (the key turns back to the ‘ON’ posi-

tion).

Leave the key in this position while the

engine is running.

Caution

Release the key if the engine does not fire

within 10 seconds.

Let the starter motor cool down for 30 sec-

onds before turning the key to the ‘START’

position again.
